Pricing

Our usual ongoing monthly membership price is $65.00. Or, you could pay for you membership annually and save two months payment. The annual payment is only $650.00.

There is a one-time administration fee of $50.

The only additional costs associated with our membership site are for promotional ads that rotate through the pages. There will be a small fee for those ads, and using them is totally optional.

To say thank you to those who are helping us get started by providing us with the written foundational material we are offering a special discount for the first six months the site is open.  They will pay only $35 per month for the first six months, then will go to the usual monthly fee after that.

To reflect the above Thank-You discount the annual payment total will be $470 for the first year for those who contribute the educational material.

All monthly payments will be set up as an automatic monthly charge to a credit or debit card. There will be no bills in the mail and no checks to write.

There is a one-time administration fee of $50 due at the time of signing the contract.

As a special bonus to say thank you for working with us as we get started, if you join during the construction phase your first month’s payment will pay for 2 months. When you join you will pay your administration fee, plus your first month’s payment and you won’t be charged a monthly membership fee until the website has been in operation for 8 weeks. This applies to the annual payment as well, it will then be for 13 months, instead of 12.

We know all of our members will be talking about our website and we want to thank them for doing that. So, we are offering a one-time $25 Thank-You bonus each time their name is listed as the referral contact on a new member application. Our members could easily make enough to pay their membership fee each month and then some. In fact, at $25 per referral it could add nicely to anyone’s business income.

All the details are in the contract, so please read it before you decide that this offer is right for you. Both the contract and the application are in a different form right now because they will be within the structure of the directory website once it is up and running. But for now we have them in pdf form to be downloaded.
